Panna is a free mobile app that curates Hindi classical poetry with narrated audio. It is operated by Panna (Dhananjay Ghanwat) as a non-commercial cultural project.
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The poetry in the app is either in the public domain in India, used under fair use for commentary and education, or licensed from the rights-holder. If you believe content has been used in error, contact hello@panna.in and we will review promptly.
Donations made through the app are voluntary, non-refundable contributions to support the project’s running costs and curation. Patronage does not entitle you to additional features beyond what is available to all users; there is no paid tier.
You agree not to use Panna to:
Panna is provided “as is” without warranty. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but make no uptime guarantee. The app works offline for poems you’ve already viewed.
To the extent allowed by law, Panna’s operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Direct liability is limited to the amount you have donated to the project in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date and, where relevant, a notice inside the app.
